Forgetting your password is completely normal – there is nothing to worry about. There are two ways to get back into your Bajer account:

Method 1 – Log In Directly with OTP

Go to the login page and click the "OTP Login" tab. Enter your registered phone number. A 6-digit code will arrive within seconds — enter it to access your account. Once you're in, go to Settings to set a new password.

Method 2 – "Forgot Password?" Link

  Enter your registered phone number and send an OTP.

  Verify your identity with the code sent to your phone.

  Create a new password – at least 8 characters, ideally including one uppercase letter and one number.

If your phone number has changed or you are not receiving the OTP, email support@bajer.click – write "Password Reset" in the subject line and include your NID number.

Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) means that even if your password is compromised, no one can access your account – because every login requires an additional OTP sent to your phone. Here are the steps to set it up:

  Go to the "Account Settings" or "Security" menu.

  Enable the "Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)" option.

  A confirmation OTP will be sent to your registered phone number — enter it to activate.

  From that point on, you'll need to enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone each time you log in.

When logging in from a new device with 2FA enabled, you will need to verify your code each time. On trusted devices, enabling the "Remember this device" option means you won't need to enter a code for up to 30 days.

To view all current and upcoming Bajer promotions, log in to your account and go to the "Promotions" or "Bonus" section on the dashboard. Each offer includes full details – bonus amount, validity period, wagering requirements, and minimum deposit.

Yes, Bajer has an Android app and it can be downloaded directly from the Bajer website – not the Google Play Store. Here are the steps:

  Visit the Bajer website on your Android phone and tap the "Download App" or "Get the App" button.

  The APK file will begin downloading. Once complete, it will appear in your notification bar.

  Before installing, go to your phone's Settings: Settings → Security → enable "Install from Unknown Sources".

For iOS (iPhone) users:

Bajer does not have a dedicated app on the App Store. However, iPhone users can open the Bajer website in Safari, tap the "Share" icon, and select "Add to Home Screen" to create a shortcut — it works just like a regular app.

Every Bajer member has free access to the following tools from their account. All of them can be activated directly from the "Responsible Gaming" section in Account Settings:

  Deposit Limit – Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.

  Session Time Limit – A limit on how long you can play in one session. When the time is up, you will receive a warning and be automatically logged out.

Bajer displays odds in three formats. You can choose your preferred format from Account Settings.

1. Decimal – The simplest format

For example: 2.50 – This means a ৳100 bet gives a total return of ৳250 (profit of ৳150). Formula: stake × odds = total return.

2. Fractional – British Style

For example: 3/2 – This means a ৳2 bet returns a ৳3 profit. So a ৳100 bet gives a ৳150 profit, with a total return of ৳250.

3. Moneyline (American) – American Style

+150 Meaning a ৳100 bet returns ৳150 in profit. -200 This means you need to bet ৳200 to make a profit of ৳150.
